Eventually, yes. But in the next year? Probably not.
First, there's the PS3 and PSP version coming out soon. Then, Bethesda has to get busy working on new content, such as Shivering Isles (360) and future downloads.
Since they have already said that there was going to be stuff for download on the PS3, they will surely make other content, meaning that they can't get started on ESV.
I want it too, but it's not happening any time soon. Maybe they should work on a Morrowind remake with the Oblivion engine???
