You see, i want to be a mage in elder scrolls but i dont know how to (re)charge my staffs i use.

you take them to certain people throughout the game, or you can use soul gems on them to recharge it



a simple "step by step" guide is this, you are already in the mages guild, so thats a bonus, go to the altar of enchanting, and bring charged soul gems, then you can add any spells that you know of, onto your weapons/armour



or if you want a simple recharge, use a charged soul gem
