Something's been corrupted. Exit the game to your dashboard. Slide over to the memory manager under system settings. Look under Games %26gt; Elder Scrolls and you should see your saved games. Delete them and restart the game.

You'll have to start the game from scratch, of course, but it should solve the problem. How to fix error in Elder Scrolls Oblivion for xbox 360?

I haven't experienced this problem on my Xbox, but I do think I can help. I know that for the Xbox 360, load spots, certain screens and graphics are saved in the system's cache making loading times quicker. You can clear the cache by holding the A button while the game boots up to the point that the Bethesda Studios logo comes up. I always just wait until the main screen comes up for reassurance. Whenever load times get to be really long or things start screwing up, I generally just clear the cache and it tends to help. Hope this helps you.
