I became involved in the world of the elder scrolls series around the time of oblivion so I have no clue what this whole fishystick thing is except it was some random fad on the original betheseda forums. If I remember correctly, it had something to do with this captain guy holding this thing called a fishystick. It was used so much that it just became highly popular.
