the rest are spoilers...but you did ask so its not my fault...
no you dont marry him and yes he becomes emperor for about 1/4 of the main storyline left...since he dies at the very end saving the world...so theres is no emperor in the end and you are free to do whatever you want afterwards and your declared as a champion of the country, congratulations.How do you kiss on oblivion IV elder scrolls.?
There is no kissing and you do not marry Martin. But, if you have it for the PC version, you can modify/ mod it so that you can!
