The "sexual content" comes from 1 of 2 possible sources:



Firstly, your character can be stripped down to undies. When you kill someone %26amp; take their gear, you're effectively stripping them down to undies as well. Men have what look like diapers, and the women wear what appear to be leather panties (not as sexy as it sounds) %26amp; a bra. The underwear is NOT removable.



Secondly, during game testing, it was discovered that a mesh file was buried in the game code that gave a female bare breasts--sort of. The mesh is unused in the game and cannot be accessed. The breasts are also misshapen and really quite hideous. (I've seen an unedited screenshot, and can e-mail it to you if you like.) The mere existence of the "breasts" mesh spurred the ESRB to add "sexual content" to the game rating.



There is no sex in Oblivion. There are no strippers, no kinky noises, no...nothing. The closest you get to actual sexual content is one NPC who asks you in conversation if you know what the penalty is for necrophilia. (And no, that doesn't exist in the game either.)



Now, it should be noted that mods have been created for the PC version of Oblivion that do have nudity (both full and limited, for both genders), as well as the addition of badly simulated sex (mostly composed of dialogue and edited sound files from within the game itself). These mods can only be used for the PC version; the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions cannot use mods, for obvious reasons.
There's blood in it. Violence. you might kill people or steal things.

ok so there's a little violence in it, a bit of blood, and some scary stuff such as skeletons and zombies. But it's all cartoon violence, when an opponent is beaten, all their wounds dissapear, it's really harmless moderate stuff. As for sexual content, I can't imagine where that comes from at all, sure the main character can run around in his or her skivvies, but it's hardly racy stuff, and much more overt in other games. There's no mention of any kind of sexual activity in the game at all,or even mentioned, nor can the character engage in any sort of sexual activity.
The only sexual content I've come across is when talking to some characters (Theres only like two in game) that will imply something sexual. Though, unless you really pay attention to it, it will go unnoticed. Also, you can strip your character down to there undies, though its not as bad as it sounds, it looks like mannequins in underwear.
