It depends on how you want to be stealthy really. If you want to be a legitimate sneak then I'd go for Khajiit for their good acrobatics and night-eye ability.



Signs that are true to the whole pure sneak idea could be either the steed for greater speed, the thief so you're harder to hit, or something like the shadow so you have a greater power for invisibility even though I think they're all pretty crappy signs.



Good sneak skills would be short blade, light armor, sneak, security, marksman, speechcraft, illusion, and mysticism. Most of those aside from speechcraft I think are pretty good skills regardless.



Personally I think playing a stealth character is greatly depreciated by the fact that a good magic user or enchanter can either cast a chameleon spell that makes them fully invisible or do the same to their gear. I always go for a character with the highest potential for the best spells and enchanting abilities. As a magic user you're free to be a melee or sneak class but you're opening yourself up to more potential overall by having the most magicka you can get.



My build would probably be Breton or High Elf with the apprentice sign and the skills wouldn't really matter to me since they ultimately don't do anything besides level you.What is The Ultimate combination to have a stealth person in Morrowind (Elder Scrolls Three)?
well see the race is ethier khajti or wood elf then its ethier thief or charmeleon or whatever but the class ypu need to custamise put all the sneak abilities as ypur best or second best. but also go on cheatcc.com and search it i think its posted there if not try cheatplanet.com
