There is nothing on Bethesda Softwork's website yet about it. Nothing either on the Elder Scrolls website. The only thing I could find was this article http://www.maximumpc.com/article/news/be鈥?/a>

But that doesn't even talk about it. Then I found this article

about a statement made at QuakeCon 09 where Bethesda's Todd Howard says that there are currently no plans for a fifth Elder Scrolls. I think you are looking for something that doesn't exist.

It looks like Bethesda has some big plans in the works, but probably not another Elder Scrolls. Sad, but true.
