Should i buy elder scrolls 4 or just wait for the next one to come out?

Ive never played any elder scrolls however i have played fallout 3 and i like it alot. Do you think it is best to just wait for the next one to come out or is Oblivion still a good buy?Should i buy elder scrolls 4 or just wait for the next one to come out?
You should get both if possible. ES4 Oblivion is a brilliant game that still has just as much to offer as the new one will. You can get it really cheap new and you won't regret it if you do.Should i buy elder scrolls 4 or just wait for the next one to come out?
The Elder Scrolls games are not really related in storyline, so you can play them independently. Oblivion is still an excellent game you'll probably enjoy a lot, especially if you add mods to fix some of the game's problems, so I would suggest buying it. You should probably wait until a few good mods for Skyrim are out, as most Bethedsa games do so well because the mods can improve them.Should i buy elder scrolls 4 or just wait for the next one to come out?
Oblivion is a GREAT game, however, Skyrim will most likely be even better. Oblivion will most likely be a waste of money unless you can get a copy of the GotY edition for about $10 after Skyrim is released (since the price of Oblivion will drop after Skyrim is released). However, I would't dish out more than $10 for it as you'll be too busy playing Skyrim.
