here some solutions
1. reload to your latest save(autosave is good choice)
2. if you have an area spell, use it it might work.
3. if your playing it on the PC, hit "~" key and type this "TCL" you should be able to get out and fly around when your done, repeat this step again to turn it off
4. fast travel anywhere

this really sucks for you, but a way to try to get around this is fast travel or maybe get knocked down or some thing that moves you with out trying to run. Ex get hit by a strong attack and you might fly a bit lol, or if you can try to just jump out and if that dose not work just try to fast travel and that should take care of the problem for you. hope this helped some, ive had this happen before but ive not gotten stuck there before.How do i get unstuck in Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion?
If you mean you're stuck and you can't move. Save your game to a new file, quit and reload from the save. This always works for me with Fallout 3 when I get 'stuck' in the scenery!...
if you just load your recent quick save then you'll be good... wont have much back tracking to do
unless you took off auto save after fast travel/opening doors/ sleeping etc
