What is the best way to make a good hand to hand character on Oblivion Elder Scrolls for Xbox 360?

I need to figure out how to make a good hand to hand character on Oblivion Elder Scrolls IV for Xbox 360What is the best way to make a good hand to hand character on Oblivion Elder Scrolls for Xbox 360?
Pick a race with a high strength stat like an Orc, Nord, or, Redguard, or pick a race with high speed and agility such as a Wood Elf, Argonian, or a khajiit. Next choose the Thief birth-sign for the high strength characters or the warrior for high speed characters (sorry if I'm not making much sense now, it will all be clear in a moment).

The trick to hand-to-hand is to balance you strength and speed. Because you have very limited range your going to want to use gorilla-warfare tactics; hit the enemy hard then get out as fast as possible. High agility also helps you stay on your feet during a fight (these fights are going to be long, so you'll want to minimize damage).

A mix of heavy and light armor is best, at least until your strength and heavy armor stats become 75+ (at this point switch to all heavy armor). The lighter gear (i.e. gloves, helmets) should be heavy armor while the heaviest gear (i.e. body armor, greaves) should be light armor. This combination gives you moderate protection and mobility.

My hit-and-run strategy is pretty self explanatory. Run up (or sneak up) to an enemy and hit him between 1 and 3 times and run or jump away until there is another good opening for an attack. When facing multiple enemies you may want to run around them in a large circle and wait for a good chance to attack, then run through the group, fist swinging until you reach the other side and repeat this process

For a custom class you going to want the following:

1)Heavy Armor: Leveling your armor should be a top priority.

2)Light Armor: Same as heavy.

3)Hand-to-Hand: Kinda obvious I think :).

4)Athletics: This will really improve your fighting speed early in the game

5)Acrobatics: This will help you during your hit-and-run tactics

6)Armorer: Your going to be repairing your gear allot, so why not level up for it?

7)* For your last skill it should either be Block or Restoration. It's up to you to decide if preventing damage, or restoring lost damage is more important.

Your specialization should be combat.

Your Class attributes should be strength and Speed.

If you don't want to start a new character, simply work at the skills and attributes mentioned above, and follow the hit-and-run strategy. What is the best way to make a good hand to hand character on Oblivion Elder Scrolls for Xbox 360?
