What is the difference between the Collector's and the regular edition of the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Guide?

What is the difference between the Collector's and the regular edition of the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Game Guide? I know that the Collector's Edition gives you access to a digital map, book markers, and its hard cover with a different picture on the cover. But is there any other difference? Because I saw they both have the same number of pages in them. Personally, I do not feel that the extra money spent on buying the "Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Collector's Edition" is worth it. As the game itself will be occasionally updated with add-on map exploration and other upcoming downloadable content. However, that being said...

If you feel that you would benefit more from having a digitized map and book markers as opposed to further gameplay then ofcourse you should get the "Collector's Edition".

Or..

If you feel that you would like more actual gameplay and more quests and you are able to wait a while for these updates, then like me, I think you should save your money, buy the normal edition and spend that money on the downloadable premium content.
